For Enterprise
Infrastructure you can put your name on
When MetaMask, Circle, and Trust Wallet ship smart accounts to hundreds of millions of users, this is the engine underneath. Custom SLAs, SOC 2, and the team that wrote the standards.
Enterprise guarantees
Built for procurement, security, and 3am incidents
Custom uptime SLAs
Contractual uptime guarantees backed by 24/7 monitoring from a dedicated engineering team.
SOC 2 & OFAC compliant
SOC 2 Type 1 certified, OFAC sanctions screening enforced on every transaction, and paymaster contracts audited by OpenZeppelin and Quantstamp.
24/7/365 support
Phone and private-channel support with engineers, not ticket queues, around the clock.
Standards authority
We co-authored ERC-4337, ERC-7677, and ERC-7679. When the standard moves, you are already compatible.
Scale headroom
Unlimited rate limits and parallel execution proven across 250M+ production transactions.
Enterprise rates
Custom pre-paid pricing, lower sponsorship surcharges, and ERC20 gas payments in 300+ tokens.
Incident readiness
When it is 3am, this is what your team sees
Every operation is traceable in the dashboard from the moment it arrives: received, added to the mempool, submitted, and included on-chain, with millisecond timestamps and transaction hashes at every step.
When an executive asks where a transaction is, your team answers in seconds, not by grepping logs.

Works with your custody
Your keys stay where your security team put them
Pimlico sits below the key-management layer, so institutionally held keys and multisig approval flows work unchanged. There is no key migration to clear with your security team.
Sponsorships stay valid for up to 24h, long enough to collect every multisig signature before a transaction moves.
In production
What they run on Pimlico
Open source
No black box, no lock-in
The engine that would run your traffic is not a black box. alto, our open-source bundler, is the same code behind Pimlico production infrastructure, hardened by 250M+ real transactions.
The client side, permissionless.js, is the ecosystem-standard SDK built on viem, at 100k+ weekly downloads, so your integration outlives any single vendor decision.
You are free to run alto yourself. Teams choose the hosted infrastructure for the multi-chain coverage, monitoring, SLAs, and the sponsorship engine on top.
Backed by the best
Safe and Consensys back Pimlico as investors and build on it as customers.
Frequently asked questions
What does an enterprise SLA cover?
Custom contractual uptime guarantees, 24/7 monitoring by a dedicated engineering team, and phone support. Below the SLA, the engine handles gas escalation, resubmission, and re-org recovery automatically, so most incidents are absorbed before they ever reach your team.
What compliance attestations do you hold?
Pimlico is SOC 2 Type 1 certified, OFAC sanctions screening is enforced on every transaction at the infrastructure layer, and the paymaster contracts are audited by OpenZeppelin and Quantstamp.
How does enterprise billing work?
Enterprise plans run on custom pre-paid pricing with lower sponsorship surcharges than the self-serve 10% mainnet rate, and Boosted Sponsorships settle gas by monthly invoice instead of per-operation on-chain deduction. ERC-20 gas payments in USDC, USDT, and 300+ other tokens are part of the plan.
How do you absorb volume spikes?
User operations execute in parallel, with up to 100 concurrent operations per account using 2D nonces, so bursts never queue behind themselves. Enterprise plans remove rate limits entirely; Pay-as-you-go is capped at 5,000 requests per minute.
What does support look like?
Phone and private-channel support with engineers, not ticket queues, around the clock and every day of the year. Your team talks to the people who run the infrastructure.
